Eco Home View - Guest House

Tenía una vista muy buena y las personas muy amables, sin embargo el acceso era muy difícil con equipaje.

La ubicación

Location is fine and prize is cheap.

We were the only ones in the hotel, therefore there was no receptionist who could help us with our questions. When we called then, they did not answer the phone. Also on some days there was no staff who could make breakfast. Because of a mistake from them, we had paid 20 soles. When we wanted that back, we had to wait for 60 minutes. Communication was bad.

I really liked the staff, especially Marisol. She was very kind and helped me with everything I needed during my stay.

Although the Plaza de Armas is relatively close, the hostel is located near a very steep staircase that can be quite exhausting to climb every day. This is not necessarily the hostel’s fault, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. The single room was not very comfortable. It was very cold and you have to pay extra for a heater, which I found unreasonable. The bathroom was acceptable, but the water pressure was quite weak. As for breakfast, it was VERY basic and exactly the same every day, with no variation.

Posizione meravigliosa a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Ci sono un po di scalini per tornare a casa però eravamo stati avvertiti e non fare salite a Cusco è difficile :) Staff super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo servizio lavanderia. Terrazza con vista spettacolare sulla città.

Doccia non caldissima.

La communication avec l'hôtel a été très bonne. Très à l'écoute, arrangeant, disponible. Les chambres très agréables et confortables Bien situé, par rapport à la vie nocturne de Cuzco et très proche de la place centrale "De Armas".

Nous étions au RDC, manque de chance pour nous, donc nous entendions tout, entre passages et discussions.

Los baños estan sucios h con mucho olor. Las habitaciones son viejas, las sabanas tambien y sucias.
