Nice roof top terrace. Overall nice common areas.

Should inform guests before that there are two dogs that come jumping at you every time you open the door (which is not the nicest thing if you’re afraid of dogs and they are not tiny at all). Rooms are very cold and very dark. Very limited possibilities to put or hang your clothes and luggage. Could be more hangers/shelves. Bathrooms are not the cleanest and hot showers are a challenge. There is hot water but it’s drippling only and it’s difficult to manage hot/cold. Also you should informe guest beforehand that you need to climb a steep hill which is especially hard with luggage. As google maps won’t tell you it is not an easy walk and we couldn’t park our car in the street close at it was too tiny.

The staff were incredible! So attentive, helpful and friendly. I had a few mishaps during my stay (unrelated to the hostel) and they went above and beyond to help me. I’ve never had an experience like it. Special mention to Marisol, she was superb!

El hostel está situado a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Armas, ideal para conocer el centro de Cusco. Las trabajadoras son todas un encanto y te ayudan con todo, tours, restaurantes.. el desayuno está rico y las instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario. Nosotros repetimos porque nos sentiamos como en casa.

La única sugerencia que tengo es poner una cocina para uso comunitario, ya que muchas el servicio de cena no está disponible.
