I am pleasantly surprised of thw hotel 's location. Bruce, the manager, was very courteous and assisted us whenever we have questions about subway trains, street direction.

櫃台熱忱有禮 提供協助 地點非常好 早餐如果可以再對不善廚藝的人友善些就更好了

櫃台服務人員不錯，但是晚上下班櫃檯就無人服務，第二晚半夜3點隔壁房不會解鎖房間，因找不到人幫忙，導致我們被吵醒，第三晚房間暖氣有問題，只有冷氣功能，因遙控器是韓文看不懂，打緊急電話，第一次有人叫我們看說明書使用，但是也沒有處理好，晚上10點再打緊急服務專線，兩隻電話都無人接了…..我們只能下雪的首爾在沒暖氣的環境下睡覺。所以，住這間旅館就只能希望晚上不要有任何問題。

방음이 안된다는 후기가 있었지만 이정도 일줄은… 옆방 윗방 말소리에 새벽3시까지 힘들었습니다.

Hotel is nicely located, central to a lot of street foods and stores. No front desk when we arrived, it was a self check-in which was a new and nice experience for us. Room was very small, it definitely felt more cramped because we had a lot of luggages. Bed a little too firm for my liking, but pillows and comforter was very comfy. Washroom was odd as the shower head and the toilet is right in the same vicinity. However, overall it had everything that we need. The room was clean. I think we would stay again if we had a short layover.

If you are the kind of traveler who likes to meet other travelers, this place is super friendly. Rooms are basic but the breakfast is generous.

DIRTY BED SHEET!!! 1. Obviously not changed bed sheet with sickening hair on it!!! 2. No one at the front desk for service!
