The beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The location was ideal

The whole flat needed a deep clean. The carpets were dirty, the paintwork was patchy, the shower curtain was dirty and on a broken shower rail, a large crack in the bathroom wall, mould on the ceiling, there was a large clump of dust hanging from the bottom of the radiator in the living room, a cut off aerial cable was hanging from the window, the cooker in the kitchen needed cleaning, the fridge didn’t look as though it had been cleaned, a frying pan had remnants from someone else’s cooking.

Provided our own breakfast using kitchen facilities. Comfortable accommodation. Good location. Supermarket nearby. Felt we a local.

Heating difficult to set.

Fantastic communication from the host. Amazing location and great size space. It also had everything we needed.

Upon arrival the floors throughout the property were dirty and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned however we received a prompt reply from the host and she was eager to rectify this for us. She had this sorted very quickly for us which we were grateful for.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay. Lovely and clean. Great communication with the hosts and very easy to get into the property. Decent sized kitchen with all the facilities you'd need (including a washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer). Nice to have decent sized towels in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable as was the sofa and chair in the living room. Great to have free wi-fi. Great location with plenty around including a convenience shop. The beach was just a few minutes walk. Managed to park outside with no issues. Would definitely stay here again in the future and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Good location for where we were visiting. Lounge was nice and comfortable. Plenty of space.

Main lights in 2 of the bedrooms didn’t work. The oven dials had worn off so it was impossible to know what temperature/setting well were using. Some basic condiments such as salt/pepper etc. would have been appreciated. No boardgames or info on local area/things to do.

Spacious flat, really convenient location for the seafront, cafes, Metro station & local Co-op shop. Comfortable and quiet.

Very comfortable and warm, fantastic location, close the beach and good amenities to pick up shopping
