Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. The suite we stayed in was beautiful. Breakfast was good (typical continental with loads of choices of meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals, breads, jams, yogurts, fruit juices etc!) There were also a few hot options (hard boiled eggs, fresh scrambled eggs, german sausages) The complementary mini bar in the room was nice touch. Would be better if a small bottle of Sekt was also in the fridge 😉. The tablet in the room was good for information. Complementary vouchers for the roof bar was also a lovely gesture We could also cast our smartphone to the TV to watch apps on our phone!

Ok, so if i was to be really picky, the towels were quite small. There was only three coffee pods and one cream in the room. If you like tea, bring your own tea bags! There was no blind over one of the windows in the suite (the other side of the upstairs section) so it let in the morning light.

We opted to stay so could be close to Christmas market and downtown. The hotel is very nice, up-to-date, and provides a wonderful breakfast. We greatly appreciated the large family room, access to breakfast, and walking distance to market. Thank you!
