Aldea Paraíso - Adults only - Boutique hotel

Modern and well looked after hotel. Nice pool.

Although room was a little smelly the first day, reception took care of it and fixed it. Location is a 5min walk from the strip with restaurants, shops and beach through badly lit streets. Aa a couple we felt very safe though.

During my stay the electricty and water supply was out for 10 Hours or more. In the evening it still didnt work. As there is no reception nobody was there to help. On the phone they told me they will reimburse me. The only Solution the offered was to sleep in a tent and that there were no other hotels. I booked myself another hotel, and now they don’t want to refund me the Money because I didnt Call back in the evening. I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Stuff Like this can happen, but I expect someone to Show up. And also I expect my money back without having to argue

La calle donde se encuentra el hospedaje esta demasiado obscura, y esta en mal estado. No recomiendo ir con personas grandes
