The staff are very accommodating specially the receptionist...she is very helpful to me during my entire stay. The breakfast is a Filipino meal which i really appreciate it. They have a free transpo from hotel to Dmall with specific timings. The room looks clean and nice specially the toilet. I went there as a solo traveller just to unwind from a busy ang sleepless nights of duty in Maldives. But Aira Hotel never fails me, it pampers me with peaceful and relaxing environment. Thank you so much for your warm accommodation, you surpassed my expectation.

Staying at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very welcoming, thorough in the introduction to the hotel and it's services, and helpful throughout my stay. From check in, they helped me organize my very early trip back to the airport. The shuttle that the hotel provides is so convenient to take to the beach, but honestly the walk to the other side of the island was only 10min, so I ended up not using the shuttle too much. The location provided a way to get away from the noisy, crowded side of the island, but still made everything accessible. The room was so comfortable and I loved the balcony area with my own table right outside. I did not end up having breakfast there, but I did read outside for a bit. the quiet was nice. I would stay here again at the drop of a dime!

The only downside about the room were some ants. They were not a big deal and they mainly stayed along the wall. I'm not sure why they were in the room, since I didn't eat inside, but they were not really an issue.
