Hotel Capitol

I’d paid for an executive room through Expedia but upon arrival there wasn’t a room left and so was put in a basic room. No refund for the cheaper room either.

Location and staff.

Not comfortable in terms of room settings. There is no proper table to eat inside. The intercom system wasn't working well . There are no choices for breakfast for guests. You eat what is available. I don't know why it was rated as ×××× Hotel

Amazing stay. Many thanks to all the staff members, especially Ope, who all made my stay a very pleasant one. The hotel has all the amenities that you would reasonably expect in a great hotel. I was never without electricity and water.

My stay was very wonderful. The staff attends to every little details and they do their best to make your stay enjoyable. A staff member -Ope- was very helpful from the first minute we arrived. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and colleagues.
