Quiet and peaceful

Very clean and modern. Comfortable. No dining or other amenities nearby. Best to have a rental car if you stay here.

The bedroom was equipped of kitchenette ,fridge and a small table to eat, also with a big confortable bed in a very good tropical temperature and also with air condition system. however the elettricity used to go away frequently during the day and sometimes also for long time. This factor made difficoult to preserve foods and to cook, two factors of vital importance for a human. Also with no internet connection you were isolated.

I like the location for dinning options as well as grocery shopping easily within walking distance. Even more are being built right now. Jewels tries very hard to make your stay a good one. Would definitely stay there again. We stayed 2 weeks.

Diamond Gem is a local apt-hotel in a residential area. No swanky lobby or grounds if you’re looking for that but it carries the charm of St Maarten. Clean room with kitchenette area and separate shower/bathroom. Air-conditioning worked nicely. Very comfy King-size bed. Fluffy towels. (Bring own personal toiletries like soap & shampoo.) Arrival - communicated via Expedia app. Host - Jules James - arrived shortly after we messaged our arrival to let us in our room and get us sorted with WiFi, etc. Lovely warm welcome. Gave us information about local Carrefour supermarket and eateries (Bamboo House is a MUST … thanks for the suggestion, Jules!), as well as his direct contact info in case of any other needs. Would stay again.
