The location was great, close to the bus stop and the beach.

The advert mentioned washing machine, tumble dryer, and free toiletries for the bathroom, but none of these were present in the apartment. There were 2 ACs and a fan in the room, but neither of the 2 ACs were doing anything to make the room cold, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad.

I absolutely loved my stay here, the communication from Walter was excellent and he was happy to help, even letting me access the property, before the cleaners had been in to leave my suitcase as I had arrived on an early flight. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. In over 20ish trips to Gibraltar this has by far been the best for communication and comfort. Loved my stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

This has no reflection on the owner of the property, and it could well have been my lack of tech knowledge, but trying to figure out the TV and remote control was a bit frustrating, 😀

Water pressure in the shower was poor and bathroom toilet didn’t flush.

Lovely view to the sea, well appointed kitchen.

The air conditioner doesn’t get the place cool. There is an additional one provided, but the hot air exhaust just goes into the room. If you open the window to vent it you’re defeating the objective. It’s described as brand new; I’d take the brand out now. Still new, but definitely used.

We had a great view ! Great communication with Walter as well. Parking was tough...if you do need to park there is public parking to the right on the main strip ... make sure to park on the 2nd floor.

Amazing host bag was very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure we were well settled and had a great time in Gibraltar

The bed was on top of a couch, way to high for my wife to climb into without a chair. THe bed sheets were too small and kept slipping off the mattress. The room overlooks a cemetery and the airport runway and is very noisy when airplanes take off. Overall' the location is far from any place of interest to the average tourist.
