Idealna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobry i sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Czysto. Łóżko wygodne, pościel pachnąca. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia. Wokół mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. Apartament 3A znajduję się na trzecim piętrze, balkon od ulicy, ale jest cicho. Polecam!

Cyfrowy klucz do głównych drzwi wejściowych do budynku nie jest podświetlany (lub wyczerpała się bateria), co może stanowić problem w nocy, gdy nie masz czym doświetlić (np. rozładowany telefon).

A minha estadia foi excelente. A localização é perfeita, no centro. O alojamento é confortável, acolhedor e muito bem equipado. Os gerentes foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Uma experiência muito agradável, recomendo sem hesitar.

The location was okay, but the place is not in condition to receive people due to structural issues in the building. Read below.

The place is not in a condition to receive people. I am not sure why nobody has mentioned this in their reviews, which makes me distrust the site, honestly. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed is that they clearly worked with the camera to make the place look bigger and cleaner, but that was not the main issue I experienced. On arrival, I noticed the entire flat was "shaking" every 20 minutes, lasting for around 8 minutes. The shake was not from the outside because outside was actually quiet, and I arrived at 8 pm after work, etc. I could not sleep, not even an hour, because every 20 minutes the entire flat, bed included, would shake. I informed them of this at around midnight but of course did not get any response until the day after, after I contacted booking.com, who were super supportive with me (during the full morning the host did not answer my messages untio booking.com contacted them). They went to the flat to check and sent two people to check what was going on...of course, for me, it was a waste of a full day plus sorting out another place to stay at the last minute, making both my work and holidays ruined. If you want to sleep, don't stay here as the place is not in good structural condition to receive people.

Kontakt z obsługą obiektu był bezproblemowy. - czystość - pokój był czysty, wszystko wyglądało schludnie - lokalizacja - z obiektu jest wszędzie blisko, obok znajduje się też market i kilka fajnych knajp

- bardzo niewygodne łóżka, które skrzypią przy każdym ruchu. Skrzypienie jest na tyle głośne, że za każdym razem się wybudzaliśmy, gdy któreś z nas się ruszyło. - drzwi do łazienki, które się nie domykają. Było to dość niekomfortowe, bo po zamknięciu drzwi pozostawała szpara, przez którą widać było pokój. - bardzo cienkie ściany i sufit. Każdy krok osób z pokoju nad nami był słyszalny bardzo głośno. - drzwi wejściowe do pokoju stukały, gdy ktoś wchodził do budynku/otwierał drzwi do innego pomieszczenia (pewnie gdy robił się przeciąg). Było to dość uciążliwe w nocy. Ponadto pokój z balkonem (jak się okazało balkonem francuskim) ma widok na dość obskurny budynek, który znajduje się na tyle blisko, że byliśmy w stanie widzieć ludzi siedzących na łóżku w budynku naprzeciwko.

From the moment that the booking was made and throughout our stay host were wonderful making sure we had everything and even arranged for airport pick up for us. Check in to the apartment was really easy and stress free. Apartment had a great view over the square, with balcony which was lovely to sit out on and watch Porto go by. It is very close to everywhere making getting around and seeing sights incredibly easy. There are lots of restaurant close by to choose from and to suit all different tastes and supermarkets a couple of minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Lemago Porto Apartments - Poveiros to friends. If you are looking for great apartment in the heart of Porto then this place will definitely not disappoint.
