"Exceptional"

Very luxurious. Way above average for balinesian standards. Very friendly staff. Excellent cappuccino/coffee.

The food in the restaurant is okay, but nothing "special" or outstanding as can be found in many balinesian restaurants. The location is very quiet. With a scooter, this is no problem The pool faces towards the south, where no sun s hines at all. So the water is quiet cold.

"I would have loved to spend more time at Pinggala Villa."

Everything. Right from collecting the keys to checking out. Everything was a breeze. The property was awesome, the staff was SUPERB. Every single person had a smile and was jovial. There was not a single reason for complaint. We loved the place.

"Beautiful property among the rice fields"

Everything was fantastic during our stay here. It's wonderful new properly among the rice fields, atmosphere there was very relaxing and peaceful. - Staff was exceptionally polite - Breakfasts and food in the menu was good for our taste - My wife enjoyed Spa massage - Beautiful views - Cleanliness - Room spacious with modern & local design. - Privacy

Construction works were going near our villa, but it didn't bother us.

Location in rice fields was scenic, staff all extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well presented.

Our accommodation was classified as a villa, but was in fact an apartment on 1st floor.

"very pleasant and relaxing stay except for the burning smell in the air"

quiet and spacious. surprising there is not much mosquito.

location is far from ubud center. rice terrace is not well maintained and there are burning of rice fields after harvest that pollute the air.
