Excellent as last time. This time I went with a private villa. The villa is spacious, bathtub overlooked the pool and rice fields and a statue was filling the bathtub. Staff is really smiley and attentive and the cooks in the kitchen absolutely know their deal. High quality and tasty food. Location is a bit out of town, but I was with a scooter and really enjoyed riding around the rice fields so I consider that a plus. They also have a small area in the back of the lot with mattresses where you can meditate or do yoga.

The private pool was too cold for me haha

Location, plenty of rice terraces nearby and walking distance to Ulu Petanu Waterfall (20 min) and Pera Gunung Temple (15 minutes). Very quiet area, nice pool. 4 options for the breakfast. The food at the restaurant is tasty and have good prices. If searching for other restaurants nearby, there are few with good pricess. Recommend Cafe Loka nearby for very good coffee and deserts.

The room smelled of mold. An unpleasant smell came from the bathroom drain. The shower head was broken.

Peaceful and tranquil haven away from the busy crowded areas . Enjoyed good meals in the peaceful on- site restaurant. Relaxed next to the pool and went for scenic walks along the local rice field area. Appreciated the friendly helpful staff.

The villa is located away from the crowds of Ubud, cute little place with the loveliest staff who arranged for a room change as well as per our request. They were accommodative of our dietary asks too (we are vegetarian). Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the property :)

The location, while a huge plus, can also be a bit difficult in case you plan to travel around Ubud so plan accordingly. We didn't mind it too much, of course!
