Loved Pinggala, beautiful and tranquil. Friendly staff. Near most of Ubuds attractions

location is quiet, but very far from everything else. beautiful rooms and the restuarant is very good. Great food!

wooden floor near swimming pool has moss growing leading to people slipping in the rain. this is very dangerous for occupants. Needs immediate attention.

Great location, however if you plan to actively explore the city, it’s way too far away. Nice view, very friendly staff, great breakfast.

The smell of towels and the sheets were awful, towels looked like they’re used for 10 years greyish yellow color. The sheets weren’t properly dried and the respective smell. The pool is cloudy and cold. I wanted to live asap, good thing I booked the place only for 2 days.

Everything. The Villa is basically brand new and spotless. The guys in the kitchen really know their deal, I ate there every night and it was incredible. They have a high quality menu, which is hard to come by in the area. The place itself looks as good in real life as it does in the photos. I sent my own photos of this place to some friends and they were accusing me of using stock photos haha. The staff is really helpful, and always smiling ❤️ If you are here with a motorbike or a car, this place has an amazing location, perfect for a trip to Mount Batur or a day trip to Ubud. I have extended my stay after 10 minutes of looking around in this place. Room is large and spacious, clean shelves, bathtub + shower.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, delicious meals and breakfast, magnificent view. I really love this peaceful place.

Only Wi-Fi was problem sometimes

Staff were friendly and accommodating for any requests. The luxury villa was FAB! It exceeded all expectations. It was well-maintained and spacious. Breakfast was in good quantity and was tasty.

It is a small pool for a luxury villa. Bathtub was not cleaned properly.
