This was a great hotel in a great area. The room was awesome and the staff was super friendly.

Las habitaciones son confortables. Buen servicio de limpieza.

El personal de recepción es un desastre. Lo calificaría de incompetentes. Evidentemente, una zona muy visitada por españoles. Un Hotel de estas características debiera tener personal de habla española. El principal problema que me he encontrado en este establecimiento es que se equivocaron y las tres primeras noches dormí en una habitación más pequeña de la que había pagado. Hasta este momento sigo sin recibir el abono correspondiente. He pedido factura de empresa cinco veces y en el último momento me entregan la factura a mi nombre cuando en realidad la había pedido reiteradas veces y en moneda euro. Las señoritas que atienden la recepción de este Hotel, más vale que la sustituyeran a todas.

This hotel is an absolute gem. I loved my stay here. Being in the Medina was so special. The hotel is beautiful. You have no idea what’s behind that wall and beautiful doors from the street. It’s a palace inside with lots of beautiful rooms, staircases leading to more beautiful rooms and up to the rooftop with a fabulous restaurant and views of the city. I stayed in one of the bed & breakfast rooms in Dar Dorra. It exceeded all expectations. The staff were wonderful. I could not have asked for more.

Un vrai havre de paix au cœur de Tunis. Le lieu est plein de charme, décoré avec goût dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est vraiment sympa, toujours disponible et souriant. Ma chambre était magnifique. Il y a aussi la piscine avec vue sur la ville et le rooftop avec une cuisine locale excellente. Une belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter.

Tout était incroyable. Le personnel était au petit soin pour nous. Accueillant et souriant. Un gros point bonus. Le lieu est magnifique.

RAS. Tout était impeccable.

Alles ;zauberhaft und sehr schön. Personal Super Nett und freundlich. Frühstück top super lecker.
