Todo, fue una experiencia única

No conseguimos tener agua caliente, solo el primer día, lo dijimos, estuvieron mirándolo, a priori lo arreglaron pero nunca llegó el agua caliente a la bañera ! Calidad/precio mejorable para ser Bali

-Stunning views, especially thanks to the hotel’s elevated location with a beautiful sea view. -The rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. -Cleanliness was excellent; everything was spotless. -Overall, we had a pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues.

-The welcome could have been a bit warmer and more hospitable. -After a long journey, a small gesture such as a welcome drink or complimentary refreshment would have made the arrival experience feel more special.

The view and the property was just as in pictures, great people, great place. Also they kept my luggage few more days after I checked out, super helpful staff, really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe some more snack/drink options by the pool would be nice to accompany the beautiful sunsets..

"Es war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt!"

Wir waren von der Unterkunft (Loft Surya) so begeistert, dass wir unsere letzten Tage, welche wir noch offen hatten erneut Uluwatu Sunset Hills gebucht haben! Die Unterkunft/Anlage/Ausstattung/Einrichtung/Essen usw. ist von vorne bis hinten eine glatte 10/10. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen herausragend gut! Der Ausblick vom Pool ist wirklich einmalig. Wir durften von dort die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, es lädt absolut zum entspannen ein… und falls man doch Lust auf Sport hat, gibt es auch ein gut ausgestattetes Gym! Außerdem lief die Kommunikation per WhatsApp komplikationslos und Anfragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet! Einfach perfekt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden!
