Uluwatu Sunset Hills

Stunning views! The room was lovely and well appointed, with gorgeous furniture, very spacious. The pool area was fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed the cold plunge pool. The gym was a wonderful surprise as we weren’t aware of this when we booked the property. The gym is new and has brand new equipment in excellent condition with an enough equipment for a great workout! The gym also has aircon. It is very private and peaceful, staff were amazing when we needed them. The food was exceptional also. We also enjoyed an in room massage which was lovely. We used this accommodation as our first stop in Bali to recover from the flight and to relax and it was perfect for that. We didn’t leave the accommodation which is what we wanted but if you wanted to take the would need a scooter or a driver as it is quite secluded in the hills so you can’t walk from the property. The food and massage is more expensive obviously too but we were ok with that. The property was beautiful and matched the photos! Would definitely stay again.

The toilet downstairs was too high I couldn’t touch the ground. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and the handheld shower head would be good if it was set higher so you could stand underneath it if you wanted to use that one instead of the rainfall.

Absolutnie wyjątkowe miejsce z genialnym widokiem na zachód słońca. Woda w basenach jest podgrzewana w jacuzzi jest super ciepła. Pokój jest bardzo nowoczesny i przestronny. Warto zwrócić uwagę że pokój ma dwa duże łóżka ale nie są to dwa osobne pokoje a jeden z antresolą. Personel bardzo pomocny a przy tym nienachalny. Do centrum miasta 7 min Grabem. Dobrze wyposażona siłownia. Genialne miejsce.

Umiejscowienie najtańszych pokoi jest dość słabe natomiast do genialnego basenu jest raptem 2 piętra do góry więc to żaden problem.

Schöne Aussicht & toller Pool. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön! 😍 Ich schätzte das Yoga am Morgen sehr; wir buchten es 2 Mal und wir waren 2 Mal ganz alleine mit einem Yoga-Lehrer. Wir fanden auch die Ruhe und die Intimität super im Hotel!

ツアーを予約してくれた所が詐欺会社で、マンタツアーで船に乗るまではマンタ見れると言われ結局見れず、ツアーに含まれていたレストラン前で釘を踏み危うく脚を失う所でした。夜中に緊急手術をし、チェックアウト。

Extremely disappointing experience.. We spent the first three nights in a room infested with worms — staff were aware and spent the whole day trying to kill them. Only on the third day were we moved to another room. This situation is unacceptable for the price paid, and the property should never have offered that room to guests. No proper response or compensation was provided, which shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. Definitely not the experience we paid for

De ligging op de heuvel is fantastisch met een geweldig uitzicht vanuit alle kamers. De ruimte was schoon, erg ruim en sfeervol ingericht. De bedden en badkamers waren voortreffelijk. Het zwembad op het 3e niveau is prachtig en rustgevend. Wij waren met drie personen in de duplex kamer (1 ouder en twee jongvolwassen kinderen) en hadden meer dan genoeg ruimte en privacy.

De verlichting in het woongedeelte was ongezellig, fel wit licht dat niet te dimmen is. Een verbetering kan zijn hier een schemerlamp naast de bank te plaatsen. Het magneetsysteem op de deur werkt wat onhandig. En het gordijn komt er steeds tussen waardoor het niet goed sluit. Het is flink klimmen naar de andere niveau’s, niet aan te bevelen als je slecht ter been bent. Ik had het persoonlijk een aanvulling op de faciliteiten gevonden als het hotel een eigen café/restaurant zou hebben om gezellig iets te kunnen eten. Bijvoorbeeld op het 3e niveau bijhet zwembad. Het ligt vrij afgelegen. Er zijn geen winkeltjes of restaurants in de directe omgeving. Hiervoor altijd weg met de taxi of scooter. Er zit wel een zeer goed ontbijt-/koffietentje onderaan de weg! Natural Uluwatu Café, wel een pittig klimmetje terug naarboven.
