Staff is absolutely professional and amazing. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel and the eye for detail. Rooms are very comfortable

Bed could be better especially the pillow could do with an upgrade. Also corridor light is very bright at night

Alles ausser der Dusche, mit einer Regenwalddusche kann ich nicht Haare waschen. Offensichtlich gibt es in keinem Zimmer „normale „ Duschen. Sehr zuvorkommender Service.
