Location is good

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, everything was a disaster. The bathroom was absolutely filthy — moldy, smelly, and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were dirty, and there was zero attention to hygiene or comfort. The air conditioner wasn’t working in the first room. I complained multiple times, but the staff kept giving excuses and refused to change the room. After a long argument and complete lack of professionalism, they finally gave me another room — and guess what? The AC there was just as useless. It was impossible to sleep in the heat and discomfort. They didn’t provide even the most basic essentials — no towel, no soap, no shampoo, no blankets. After several requests, they handed me an old, worn-out towels and a smelly, stained blanket that looked like it hadn’t been washed in ages. The room was so poorly maintained that even the door wouldn’t lock properly. Nothing about this place was acceptable. The cleanliness, the service, the staff attitude — everything was a complete failure. This hotel should not even be operational in its current condition. Avoid at all costs — I wouldn’t stay here again even for free.
