They tried to cancel my booking, but I was stubborn so they allowed under pressure. No room cleanup. Limited hospitality, they refused to prepare me an early breakfast to catch a flight. Overall not a good experience.

Quiet area, friendly staff, beer on tap

Very courteous staff. Wonderful stuffs from the kitchen/restaurant. I liked the foods.

Bathroom drain couldn't meet up with the good shower water flow

The staffs are not competent. They serve me food without spoon . I requested for spoon for over 30min . No one care to attend to me. They handover the clothes I gave them for laundry to another customer. I left the hotel without collecting my money and clothes. They brought the clothes back to me when I wanted to involve police at BON Elvis hotel Abuja. Please people should stay away from the apartment because their staffs are not professional. Thanks Callistus
