الى يالوفا الجميلة كانت الاقامة لمدة يومين في هذه الشقق الفندقية الجميلة حيث الموقع المميز والخدمة الرائعه وطاقم العمل الخلوق المريح حيث ان الفندق يقع في قلب المركز في يالوفا مقابل الحديقه بضع خطوات تفصلك عن سيارات التاكسي وكل الخدمات قريبه منك لا تحتاج الى سيارات اجرة شكر وتقدير لكل من يوسف - موظف الاستقبال ديلارا - موظفة الاستقبال

الموقع جدا ممتاز في وسط السوق والمحلات التجاريه والمطاعم قريبه جدا والموظفين متساعدين وبالاخص موظف الاستقبال يوسف. شكرا لكم

I had a short stay at MySmart Hotel in Yalova, but it left me with truly pleasant memories. Despite the rainy and gloomy weather, the staff managed to create a warm and sunny atmosphere throughout my visit. They kindly offered me early check-in when I arrived tired after a long flight, and even arranged an early breakfast the next morning since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. They also helped me call a taxi. While the hotel itself may not be the most impressive at first glance, the service and the staff are absolutely outstanding — and that's what really matters. People come to people, and this team made me feel genuinely cared for. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful!
