Very comfortable and well located. The staff try very hard to keep everyone comfortable.

I had to pay for my reservation in advance, and could not get any refound, I had to check out three days earlier than planned due to work issues. I askes for a reciept when checkin out, they told me they would send me by Email. Never happened, so I sent an Email to Booking.com and asked them to urge Hotel to send me the reciept, never got any answer. All and all, last time I am using this Hotel and Booking.com, completely useless when not even bother to answer my request.

The location is right at the centre of the action, walking distance to the beach corniche and all the restaurants. The rooms were lovely all newly fitted and clean, beautiful spacious rooms, the staff were also very helpful and friendly. The hotel has its own cafe attached at the ground floor that serves great international breakfast, definitely something different from the usual options available in the town. Had a very lovely stay, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a more luxurious option in Yalova!
