"Doesn’t have a washing machine and tumble drier, toilet doesn’t flush, and the customer service is awful"

The location was good. It wasn’t actually a bad unit.

Advertised with a wasting machine, a tumble drier WITHIN the kitchen, and a pool. It does have a pool, next door (you aren’t at your added you’re at a separate place next door), and the kitchen and tumble drier you have to pay to use, it’s also next door, and upstairs and easily accessible by absolutely anyone. Absolutely mis-sold and when I told the staff (who I had to call to gain access to the apartment) they denied listing it in the kitchen. (I have screenshots to prove this) Additionally the toilet was blocked when we arrived. And it twice people came to unblock and blocked again-we went to the Irish bar for their toilet. The toilet didn’t flush correctly for the days we were there. Awful.

"Estuvimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos la estadia!"

El alojamiento fue cómodo, iluminado y limpio. La atención de la gente fue muy buena. La piscina linda, un poco concurrida, pero igual pudimos disfrutarla.

Los aires acondicionados tanto del dormitorio como del living enfriaban muy bien, pero hacían ruido. Esto podría mejorarse, para hacer más placentero el descanso.

"With the exception of the bathroom issue and the one room it was kind of OK"

The area was quiet

I asked for 2 rooms i only got one so my 70year old brother have to share with me and my sister. We were all so conscious of the layout as the bathroom was in past our room so we we had to go out so he could use the bathroom. Wasn't impressed
