Space and Mood

Very comfy beds and pillows. Rain shower was very luxurious.

The bed was very comfortable. The duvet was v warm. The hot water took a while to heat up but was v hot when heated up which was great.

It was not as cosy as the pictures. No coffee in the room provided. The check in was unclear - checked in at a cafe which was uncommon.

we loved the localization, the room was nice, high roof and the view is awesome, the staff was kind ☺️

a wall wasn't cleaned well, and tea cup contain traces of toothpaste. the room was clean at all don't worry

Clean environment Helpful staff

Room was modern and location very central. The food at the cafe is excellent.

The hotel is on the top 3 floors of building consisting of several medical clinics, so the only elevator is "busy". There's no reception, the staff at the cafe, when open, checks you in/out. The AC was quite loud and our room was not well isolated, being directly in front of the elevator didn't help.

Communicating in English was a little difficult, but barely necessary so no big problem.
