The view was gorgeous, well equipped condo and so spacious. They got games for the kids, netflix and internet. The rooms were massive and they got humidifiers since the air tends to get really dry. Check in was smooth and overall it was cosy. Customer services was prompt and accommodating.

Its far from parking spot especially with kids, the condo is at the very end. Too many stairs in the property, it was tough for us because we had altitude sickness so the stairs didnt help. In the bunk room, the sheets needs upgrading, pillow cases in the bunk room were ripped and looked old and dirty. Also, in the drawer we also saw a witchcraft book which gave us negative vibes, a different book would’ve been better. We didn’t let our kids sleep in there. Too much remotes, it was confusing to use the tv even with the labeling, it wasnt working at all. For the price, its too expensive for the value.

Location was perfect for our conference, access to the lake and the pool. The only thing missing was a fitness center and more than one round of coffee. Perhaps just providing coffee filters so that folks don't have to purchase that AND coffee grounds would be a nice addition

The bedding was pretty worn and the carpets were stained but it wasn't a big problem.
