De locatie was uitstekend: supermooie bergen, schatige kooien naast je deur. Het uitzicht was prachtig van alle kanten.

De kamers zijn gedateerd en voorzien van vloerbedekking, wat de kamers erg stoffig maakt. Er hangt een wat muffige geur. De badkamer en douche zijn slecht onderhouden, er was (zwarte) schimmel te zien en de kitranden waren versleten. De douche was waarschijnlijk heel fijn, een soort massagekabine, maar dan 10 jaar of langer geleden. Op dit moment functioneerde het niet meer naar behoren.

Snídaně dostačující, večer si člověk může dát pivko. Okolí pod Hochkonigem je prostě uchvacující. Všechna obsluha byla velmi nápomocná a šla nad rámec svých povinností, opravdu se tam člověk cítil, že o něj mají zájem. Parkování také bez problémů.

Die Lage ist toll, drumherum wunderbare Natur, gepflegtes Haus mit geräumigen schönen Zimmern.

Die Sauna war nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar, aber sehr verständlich in den wärmeren Monaten.
