Would like rails to the front and back of the house Living room furniture.....sofa too low to sit and not comfortable. The bed needs to be replaced. There should be a t.v in the spare room as well.

"Great place once the hot water is fixed."

Location was great.

Only had about 30 seconds of hot water a day. May need to get that fixed. We were in to big a hurry to make a big deal about it.
