Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - McDonough

I never stayed there. I changed my reservation on this app from 8/30 to 8/31… and no one will help me either get a room or refund!

It was a great experience just small detail that the hotel holds a deposit fee plus the hotel fees besides that it was great.

At first, it was a pleasant surprise.

The roach and spider that greeted me in the morning and the uncomfortable bed and pillows.

The location and the hotel

I was in room 322 and I did not get any sleep at all the people that was on the next floor over us was making noise all night long so the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about it and they said that they would let the manager know so later when i got back from eating breakfast I stop by the front desk again and asked a different person about switching rooms and they said that they would talk to the manager this was the second time then she asked me if I wanted the manager to go and talk with them i said no that I would like to move to another room so later on that evening after dinner I stop back by the front desk and asked again and the young lady said that the manager went and spoke with them about the noise and that everything should be fine now so I went to my room when I got in the bed and fell asleep then they started back making noise again so I got up put on my clothes walk past the front desk went to the hotel next door and booked me a room for the next two days then I went back to the hotel and checked out so I only stayed two nights their all they had to do was just change my room and everything else would have been fine but I think that they didn't care at all

I loved the confirmation call before my trip. My room was clean. The only issue was the shower curtain didn't reach to the bottom of the tub. So therefore the entire bathroom was filled with water. I had to use every towl and even the bed sheet to mop of the mess.

The blind was really messed up. The problem looks like it was just tried to cover it up and hoping that no one would try to use them

There was no breakfast, and my TV never worked even after I picked up another remote from the front desk. Front Desk staff was super professionally nice! Miss Ida was exceptionally accommodating ! For this reason my family and I will stay again! Great Location!

Noisy parking lots at night, and no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room, which is something we can't live without. Otherwise the room was very clean! Thanks to Miss Ida!
