2ndhomes Modern & Central 1BR Top Floor home

Check in was a problem, we came after 9pm and can not figure out how to get a key because instruction was late. It was no-were to bay sim card, we do not have internet excess. We were forced to take another expensive hotel room near by. Key box hard to open, especially in the cold..

My experience with ‘2ndhomes Modern & Central 1BR Top Floor home’ was a lot awful. I had a night booked before my late landing in Helsinki and I made it absolutely clear with them that I am going to arrive late around one o’clock in the morning. I double checked the reservation details with them and made it, again, clearer that I had the reservation done and confirmed. I got the key pick-up instructions for late check-in. However, to my shock, I didn’t have any reservation when I got into Helsinki. They were arguing that my booking was made for the next night, not for that night at which I landed! it made no sense! As I said, I doubled checked my exact landing time with them. They read it and responded with a yes! I had to stay hours outside looking for another hotel. It was 5 o’clock at night when I found another hotel. The aweful experience didn’t end here. When I went to their office to pick up the key for the next night, for which I had the reservation, I was asked to pay a three-hundred refundable insurance! They had not stated this on booking website . I didn’t read it anywhere, I didn’t find it anyway! Not to talk about the apartment itself, the elevator is seriously risky! It’s very old and unsafe. I don’t recommend anyone to book this hotel!

Central in the city. Huge shower room and comfortable bed.

Strange cooking odor was present when entering and lingered in the place even after airing out.

The Appartement is spacious,nice Location. Beds and Bathroom were nice.

Getting the key from another place is some walk.especially for one who has not been there before

Good location, comfortable flat in a nice building! Very good for this price! And stuff were very helpful and friendly .
