Casino Private Apartments - QStay

The view was probably the only thing! Way too expensive for one night, no parking available, late check in time, early check out time, lifts take too long, 2 bedroom only had one bathroom!! Small balcony! No tvs in bedrooms. Annoying having to get keys for access! Cheap amenities in room, not decent. Not worth it.

Lifts Price Bond payment takes too long should be returned once key is given back! No parking on property! Only one key per guest! Rediculous!

Good location

No parking available the beds were small in the 2nd rooms and the sofa was dirty had stains on it

Good location and that’s about it.

Waiting for the lifts sometimes in excess of 15 minutes.

Lounge room layout made it feel spacious for a 2 bedroom.

Only one key and PowerPoints in the second bedroom in cupboard

perfect location, comfortable and spacious apartment with great views , Maddie was extremely helpful and professional with queries prior to stay

Location for event good. Safe and secure

Having keys off site and no bag storage hard. This caused quite a lot of stress and wasn’t obvious when booking. Having to buy dishwasher etc for some days and to comply with exit instructions. Feel should be included at price charged. Some items were broken on entry including slats missing in one of the beds (reported to Qstay who responded quickly)

The balcony was good to have. Sitting outside when there were no workers.

Kitchen bin & cupboard smelt terribly of off fish - not cleaned properly Dryer very noisy and timer didn’t work Fan in laundry on all the time - noisy No compendium to advise on how to use appliances or about rubbish removal etc Two toilet rolls, one shampoo & conditioner, three tea bags and four coffee satchels for a weeks stay. Couch very uncomfortable On a whole I was very disappointed for the amount charged.
