Worst booking experience ever. The "Guest House" room we received was completely misrepresented and did not match the beautiful photos shown on Booking.com. This is a clear case of "room not as advertised." ❌ Key Problems & Hotel's Response: Misrepresentation: The actual room was low standard and misleading compared to the website's promotional images. No Accountability: When we complained, the hotel offered ZERO solutions or apologies. Shifting Blame: Their only suggestion was for us to PAY EXTRA to upgrade to a decent room, essentially forcing us to pay more for their mistake. Zero Compensation: They refused to refund our money, even though we decided not to stay due to their poor service and misleading listing. We lost our full payment. 📌 FINAL VERDICT: The lack of integrity and complete refusal to take responsibility for the false advertising is unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you expect honest representation and good customer service. Save your money and time.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location is as near to paradise as you will find and the whole island runs to a different beat to the UK, so relaxing.

Mozzies, so take your spray. Don't say you weren't warned lol. If I'm totally honest the bed wasn't as comfy as at home.
