Two seater lounge was not large enough for family of four

Very spacious for my family of 5 and clean. Location was perfect

Friendly helpful staff, even with my human errors regarding the keys, the staff remained super patient. The location was brilliant especially to get shopping & the park. The apartment had just about everything needed for a trip away from home, cooking utensils, washing line, peggs, etc. was all there & easy to use.

No hot water in the kitchen, even after asking if it could be fixed & and a long time to get the hot water running in the bathroom, the laundry sink hot water worked ok though. The shower pressure was terrible, making it quite annoying to wash. The blinds in the main bedroom couldn't be closed, the light brightness from outside & brighynesd for daytime nap for my baby was a lot. The cord for the blinds in the lounge room wasn't attached correctly so I had to hang it up high away from kids. Microwave cord placement was a bit unsafe.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Wasn’t impressed with the water pressure in the shower and regulation of the hot and cold.

Location

Needed a lot of repairs, blinds did not work, lights out, windows broken and you could not open, shower panels needed repairs so the doors would open and close, flys screens were very dirty.

The apartment was perfect. Well presented secured appartment. A quiet, clean, and tidy self-contained accommodation. Close to all amenities, shops, and Esplanade. Secured undervover parking was also a bonus. Beds were also very comfortable.
