Very clean and good location

When we arrived the garbage bins provided and one bin had maggots climbing out of it. There were no hair dryers in units 1 and 2. Unit 2 had settings for only 4 people, no bbq facilities or swimming pool. Each unit could do with a fry pan, air fryer, and a toasted sandwich maker.

Great location & a clean property. Could do with some work to the property - our apartment had a crack in the wall & a light had obviously been taken out of the main bedroom to be replaced by a fan with light but then no repair work done around the previous light fitting. Parking was easy. Probably the main drawback was no air conditioning in the bedrooms - the one unit in the living room didnt get into them & the bedrooms got very stuffy for sleeping.

Spacious, safe parking, easy communication with quick responses from the apartment owners. Comfy beds.

Not enough sofa seating. Only enough for 2 people. Finding dirty cutlery and mugs in the cupboards and drawers. Leak in the main bathroom.

Top location, shopping centre a block away. Waterfront with walks and cafes 2 blocks away. Lovely big unit with 2 bath rooms and balcony. Car parking in a garage at street level. the Esplanade walk is recommended, there at sculptures along the way and great views

We arrived late on a 40 degree day, it would have been good if someone put the airconditioner on for us. Took all night to cool the unit enough to sleep. The instruction to leave the keys on the bench when leaving, fine if you don't have a car in the garage. Might be better to note that you can't get in to the garage when taking the lift down with bags. Luckily we noticed this or our car would have been locked in and there are no staff on site. A warning to get the car out first suggested, or a garage opening button near the lift inside.

Loved the location to supermarket, shops, restaurants and water front. The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. It was lovely having space to move, a balcony to enjoy .
