Un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement ! J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'emplacement est très bien situé : même s'il faut emprunter un passage souterrain pour rejoindre le centre historique, cela se fait très rapidement et facilement. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie avec un cocktail de bienvenue, une attention commerciale qui donne le ton. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, souriant et le service est impeccable du début à la fin. La décoration de l'établissement possède un style original qui change des hôtels classiques, et le confort est vraiment très bon. Côté restauration, le buffet du petit-déjeuner est top, avec un très bon équilibre entre choix sucrés et salés. Un spa est également disponible sur place ; je n'ai pas eu le temps de le tester cette fois-ci, mais c'est un vrai plus. Tout comme le robot pour le room service, je n' ai pas eu l'occasion de le tester, mais j'ai trouvé cette possibilité intéressante. Bref, une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Der Hotpot auf dem Rooftop beim Sonnenuntergang war einfach perfekt.
