Feel Porto Matosinhos Ocean Flats

L'appartement est bien situé dans le quartier du port de Porto. à 5 min de la plage et à 30 min du centre de Porto. Des Station de Bus pour se rendre dans le centre ne sont pas loin ( ligne de bus 500, route le long de la mer + Duro). L'éqippement est très bonne.

The location is excellent. The apartment was the perfect size for two people for a long weekend or one person staying for a while. The team was quite responsive, but only available on whatsapp.

I never met a person. All communications were over whatsapp. this might be good for some but I didn't feel like there was a "host". I had some issues accessing the unit. I arrived slightly earlier than the stated time and the door code was not active. I did not have wifi on my phone so I could not communicate to find out the problem. Also, for the price, I was hoping for daily housekeeping or at least some services. There was no housekeeping and they only replaced our towels during our stay as a courtesy. The unit did not include a washer and dryer for us to wash the towels ourselves. After a couple days, the towels needed to be changed. Additionally, the shower got water all over the bathroom floor so the "mat" was soaking wet after one person. We spent a few days at the beach and eventually there was also sand everywhere. Since there was no one on site to provide services/support, while they were generally responsive online, the customer service overall was disappointing. I would have also liked additional security, a chain lock or a deadbolt to engage while inside the unit. Anyone with the code could enter.

Position was very handy to cafes and supermarket. Beach only a block away. Pick up service was handy from the airport. Not included.

We were there for 7 nights and only had 1 teatowel and bath towel each with no washing facilities

Clean, modern nicely furnished and well equipped. Online support super efficient

Acoustic = we can hear the other guests I wish there was more pressure and hot water, it runs out fast

Nothing, it was excellent

It was selfcatering. Plenty of cafes and restaurents close by.

Requires coat hooks in entrance hallway. More coat/clothes hangers required.
