やや空港から遠いので送迎が高い。朝ごはんのレパートリーが少ない。暑い日はサファリカーに屋根があると良いなと思った

Hotel muito confortável e com ótima estrutura. Fiquei hospedado em uma das tendas e a experiência foi incrível. No início da hospedagem recebemos uma programação com todas as atividades e horários de forma muito organizada. O contato no próprio hotel com os animais é o ponto alto, já que da piscina você consegue avistar animais ao longo do dia todo. Os game drives são ótimos e consegui ver os Big5 já no primeiro dia.

Durante o meu último jantar um funcionário foi até minha mesa para pedir dinheiro. Não tenho palavras para expressar meu constrangimento nesse momento. As pessoas ao lado perceberam o que estava acontecendo. Eu havia notado que algumas pessoas davam gorjetas aos guias dos game drives, mas eu achei melhor dar uma gorjeta ao final do último dia, já que somos acompanhados pelo mesmo guia em todos os passeios. Na minha opinião um hotel como esse não pode ter esse tipo de situação. Ou remunera melhor seus funcionários ou fornece algum tipo de orientação aos hóspedes sobre as gorjetas.

Excelente hospedagem, tudo impecável, funcionários muito atenciosos. Comida e bebida excelente. Safari muito bom. Quero fazer um elogio especial ao Drive Sidney, muito alegre e receptivo. Chale e área externa excepcionais. Encontramos os seguintes animais: elegante, rinoceronte, girafa, búfalo, leoa, hiena, macaco, jacaré, hipopótamo, zebra. Vários tipos de antílopes e o leopardo.

Área do kruger estava muito queimada e por esse motivo que talvez não tenhamos visto muito animais.

The ‏ only good thing about this hotel was the elephants. This hotel is just bad. I would expect a high standard of a hotel considering the high price they charge per night. At first they welcomed us nicely and the elephants also came to the pool but it all started with lunch, they served us a plate with 2 small breads, one with tuna in mayonnaise and the other with another bad spread, one fried shrimp, and a chicken breast skewer. I thought it was a starter but it turns out that's what they gave us to eat for lunch. We were left hungry... and it wasn't tasty either. Then we went on a tour of the private reserve, we hardly saw any animals at all.. Only a rhino and a giraffe on the way but the driver was in a hurry to get to a certain place that he just didn't stop to look at. The driver was just bad, it feels like all they cared about was money and they didn't do the tour to find animals. At one point he just drove fast with the car. ‏Then we sat down for dinner, which actually started out okay, a starter, a main course and a dessert. But the food was appalling. We left hungry again. During the entire stay, the attitude of the hotel staff is not good, they do not provide service with joy, they only want your money and do everything with sadness. In the morning we got up for a sunrise tour and again, we saw nothing. They simply do not care that you see anything, they drive quickly without looking properly. We wanted to complain, there was no one at the reception in the evening, we wanted a massage - at the reception they told me that the girl who does massages is now preparing food in the dining room! Appalling! The hotel's facilities are just outdated, the shower door got stuck on us all the time and of course at the end of our stay there they did not even ask us how it was, in short, do not go there! They take a lot of money from you unjustly.

The rooms were way too small and dated with nowhere to put things down, such as tables in the bedrooms, hanging space etc.

O hotel é extremamente confortável, com ótimas instalações e um ambiente acolhedor. A alimentação é de excelente qualidade, assim como todos os demais detalhes que tornam a estadia ainda mais agradável. Recomendo sem hesitar!

Não há absolutamente nada do que eu possamos reclamar. Tudo foi perfeito! Cada detalhe superou as expectativas — desde o atendimento até o conforto e os serviços oferecidos. Realmente não há nenhum aspecto que mereça crítica, apenas elogios.
