We absolutely Loved our stay here!! It was clean, roomy, location was perfect!! The staff was helpful at All hours by text. I could had called but i prefer to text. 😊 I have a kid going to college near by this property so we plan on coming back VERY soon!!

La proximité de la plage et des commerces, la propreté de la bâtisse.

Le climatiseurs extrêmement bruyants. Laveuse et sécheuse ne fonctionnent pas. Le sofa n'est pas fait pour dormir, trop dur. Le wifi ne fonctionne que sur la tv et pas tout le temps. Beaucoup de prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas. Le four était pas efficace. Pas assez de parasols et de chaises de plage.

No curtains in the living room Air condition was loud and didn't cool the room Furniture was horrible no chair in the room couch was very uncomfortable and supposed to open up to a bed and it did not coffee table was basically repaired screwed together and was about to fall over. The living room window was flashing different colors all night long from the swimming pool and we could not block it because there was no curtains in the living room window. could not get into the room the electric door lock did not function and the lock box codes did not work had to stand there and call the office no people on site at the facility also stayed there two times previously and they allowed animals and this time they did not had to make arrangements for my animals because I made a non-refundable reservation and since we had stayed there twice before we assumed they took animals are other room that we stayed in twice before was 100 times better than this room we were in this time Requested a ground floor since my wife and I are both on disability and they put us on the second floor there is no elevator at this facility

L'absence de personnel, personne pour répondre à nos demandes, même les plus simples. Il fallait communiquer par E-Mail !! A quelques jours de la fin du séjour, mes messages se voyaient refusés !! Au cours du séjour, nous avons rencontré une dame se disant responsable de l’Établissement qui nous a déclaré que nous étions dans un appartement Air BnB et que, de ce fait, nous n'avions droit à,aucun service !!!! Résultat, pas de ménage, pas de changement de linge (draps et serviettes de bain), pas de produits de nettoyage. De plus le "canapé lit" n'était pas un canapé lit, c'était un fauteuil d'angle qu'il fallait ouvrir,et recouvrir d'un matelas beaucoup top grand causant un inconfort désagréable, malgré nos nombreuses demandes, rien n'a été fait !!!
