Westpunt Beach Apartments

Local tranquilo. Próximo das praias mais bonitas. Apartamento muito espaçoso. A boa relação custo/benefício. As praias são muito lindas, em ordem decrescente: Cas Abao, Port Marie, Kleine Knip e Kalki.

Nenhum dos quartos ser suíte. Tem espaço para muitas pessoas (3 quartos espaçosos + sala com sofá cama), porém apenas 01 banheiro. Éramos um casal, não nos atrapalhou. Porém, queremos voltar para Curaçao em breve, com mais 3 familiares, e só um banheiro poderá nos levar para outra opção. O estacionamento é pequeno e íngreme.

Ruim schoon appartement met aparte keuken en aparte badkamer. Rustig gelegen op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Mooi dakterras met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Hele vriendelijke behulpzame mensen.

Parkeren was af en toe lastig. Onverharde weg met gaten, steile helling, meerdere auto's op klein stukje grond.

Visiting Curacao for the first time from the US. We enjoyed our stay at Westpunt Beach Apartments. We found it quiet, safe, well maintained, and good value. The size of the apartment was bigger than expected. It's not luxury, but if you're just looking for a comfortable base for a trip to Curacao, this is a great choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good, it's a short five minute drive to Playa Kalki or Playa Lagun. We would certainly visit again.

Nothing major, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Lo mejor es ir en auto para moverte por las distintas playas. El departamento es amplio, luminoso, nuevo, el aire acondicionado super frio (espectacular) y la terraza tiene lindas vistas!! Silvia y Daisy muy amables con recomendaciones!!

Se dificulta comer tres personas en el lugar. Hay una mesita para dos y una mesita ratona donde quizás puedan comer tres pero los platos son tan grandes que resulta incómodo. Respecto al entorno, recomiendo ir en auto y llevar absolutamente todo, no hay absolutamente nada, estás lejos de todo pero con auto encontraras lugares o desayunar y comer en un par de restaurantes caminando.

Ich hatte das große Glück, 14 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Apartment auf Curaçao zu verbringen – und es war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Terrasse mit Meerblick – dort konnte man morgens wunderbar frühstücken oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Mit dem Mietwagen waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend – freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Das Apartment hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der eine erholsame Zeit auf dieser traumhaften Insel verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

Meckern auf hohem Niveau! Aber ich hätte mich darüber gefreut , wenn es eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Ofen gegeben hätte.

Unfortunately, this 2 day stay is probably the worst travel experience that we have had in 50 years of travel. We booked this stay about 2 and a half months before arrival. We requested to drop off our luggage early but never got an answer. We messaged the property twice about our arrival time before we finally got a response. We got completely lost trying to find the property. The host, Sylvia, had to come and get us at the nearby restaurant. The road to the complex is unpaved and full of pot holes. The parking lot is unpaved, small and steep. We were shown to our apartment up a treacherous staircase which is little more than a glorified ladder (definately not to code!). We had to cross the terrace of another appartment to get to our apartment. Sylvia, the host, does not speak English and we were not given any instructions on how to work anything in the apartment. We were just left some towels. Sylvia came back with a credit card machine for us to pay for our stay. Initially, she wanted US $1000 for a 2 night stay ( about four times the actual cost of the 2 nights stay). We showed her the actual bill and and a clause that said " You'll be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night within 30 days of arrival." Sylvia insisted that we needed to pay both nights. She called an owner who lives in Willemstad. We told this lady that we were not going to pay. Unfortunately, we were unable to access our credit card but we contacted Booking .com and they said that our credit card had been charged on October 21st ( which turned out to be incorrect). It has taken us 2 and a half months to sort all this out and we have just finnished settling the bill. A representative from the property told us that the prepayment clause " may be a general policy from Booking.com but it does not apply to our property specifically". From Booking.
