O quarto e todo o prédio são bem confortáveis.A vista da varanda era livre e bem bonita. O chá da tarde é uma ótima sacada!

A localização não é das melhores, já que o botel fica longe da Vila Capivari. É possível ir andando? Sim, mas é uma bela caminhada em ruas desertas, mal iluminadas e com muitas ladeiras. Fora isso, apesar de bem diversificado, o café da manhã não era dos melhores.
