Een prachtig resort net buiten het drukke centrum van Ubud. Extreem vriendelijk personeel, wat ook soms voor mij als nuchtere Nederlander wat ongemakkelijk is, vriendelijk is goed maar 3 keer vragen of je eten lekker is als het net op je tafel staat is soms wat overdreven. Prachtig ruime kamer met hele mooie badkamer met bad en douche apart, heel fijn Het resort is prachtig met enorm veel groen en is dus redelijk koel in de warmte van Ubud. Een aanrader als je naar Ubud komt.

Klein minpuntje, onze suite lag helemaal aan het einde van het resort en je heb in Ubud veel hoogtenverschil, onze suite lag behoorlijk laag, dus heel veel trappen, nou is dat omlaag niet zo'n probleem maar omhoog is wel pittig, mocht je slecht ter been zijn, vraag bij het boeken een kamer dichtbij receptie

Beautiful property, not too far from the Ubud town center (about 2 kms). We had a valley facing room with a beautiful view, serene, quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Walking around the property felt like walking through pathways weaving through lush green cover that perfectly masked adjoining rooms providing privacy. They have a great spread for breakfast, we had a couple of other meals here as well and the food does not disappoint. The staff is extremely prompt and helpful. The staff at Loji's (their restaurant) was exceptional... Thanks you Dani, Sangayu, Pitri & the lady manager (whose name I didn't catch) for making our stay memorable!

If I must, most other places in Ubud have great tie-ups for local services like tours, shows, renting a bike, whatever. At this resort, they had their own curated tours, but we were unable to get a lot of help in booking shows, or getting the right bike renting options from them; for example they did have a tie-up for bike rental (well priced) but thy would provide bikes with just a litre of fuel, you were expected to fill up the tank yourself - whereas most other places you'd rent a bike for 24 hrs with a full tank of fuel - not have the hassle of hunting around for a fuel pump yourself.

Neat and clean facilities, surrounded by lush green gardens, you are in jungle , can see and feel the nature, friendly staff very quick to respond to any inquiries

Our stay at Sakti Garden Spa Resort in Ubud, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is set in a stunning green jungle like surroundings, and the moment you step away from the busy street outside, you enter a peaceful and tranquil environment that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained , the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm atmosphere. The entire staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely caring, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and the room service was excellent always prompt, professional, and delivered with a smile. The spa experience was another highlight of our trip. A special thank you to Aye, who gave us a complimentary foot massage that was truly amazing and so relaxing. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes, all prepared fresh and full of flavor. Every meal we had was enjoyable. As a lovely final touch, we were also given a beautiful gift on our last day before leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. We highly recommend Sakti Garden Spa Resort to anyone visiting Ubud. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience genuine Balinese hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again!

We liked everything but perhaps to have more information about attractions around the hotel eg various leaflets.
