The location was convenient. Check-in was relatively easy.

We booked Luxury City Rooms Larnaca expecting a safe and comfortable stay. Instead, we experienced multiple serious issues: We were first given a room without a balcony (despite the booking), and when moved, we discovered the doors could be opened even when locked and the balcony door could not be locked at all. Ants and poor hygiene in the shared kitchen. Our food was stolen from the shared fridge, even though it was in a closed bag. One night, a man was sleeping on the floor in the shared living room. Another night, we were woken after midnight by aggressive knocking, demanding we change rooms again. We felt unsafe and had to leave early, booking new accommodation at our own expense. When we reported everything, the only response from the property was “We will inform our authorities,” repeated over and over, with no real action. Booking.com also tried to contact them, but they ignored all communication. This property is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and not as described. Avoid at all costs!

The worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The room door couldn’t close properly, the bathroom was extremely dirty and in very poor condition, and the bed was squeaky. There was no kitchenware at all. Every noise from outside the room could be clearly heard. The cleaning staff was extremely loud while cleaning the rooms and hallways, they were banging and shouting while we were trying to sleep. For the price we paid, you can definitely find a much cleaner place with decent furniture and proper conditions for a comfortable stay. A really bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Entrance: a property with no added value, poor service if you find it, total lack of hygiene (just by removing the pillowcases and thinking that they were once white and now have different shades of beige due to stains, not to mention that they smell), “zero” security with a simple knock you can “Knock down the doors or drill holes in them.
