It’s a beautiful location and the room was spacious and clean.

The room although clean was shabby. Broken door handles, lamps not working toilet didn’t flush correctly

It was such a lovely stay. The room was spacious and the terrace view was unmatched. However the highlight was how attentive the staff was. Linda was helping us and I was so impressed that she offered to substitute some of the set menu items after noticing that my parents didn’t have one of the courses. It was all completely unprompted. She also offered to bring more food after she noticed my wife was giving me an extra piece from her plate. Super impressed by these little things. There was also an LED sign installed next onto our table saying “Happy Honeymoon” after it came up with a conversation earlier that my wife and I just got married a couple of days before the cruise and it was super lovely gesture. We felt so well looked after.

The room with a round bed had an incredible view and a large private terrace.

El personal es muy atento

El precio de los servicios dentro del crucero no está ajustado a la realidad del país y del resto de la ciudades. Los masajes valen tres veces mayor que en cualquier sitio de masajes de un Hotel de cinco estrellas y las bebidas valen el doble que fuera del crucero además, echamos en falta mayor o oferta de actividades, ya que fueron varias horas sin hacer nada.

"Mini-Kreuzfahrt mit Ausblicken der Superlative"

Wir sind zwei Nächte auf dem Schiff der M'Gloria-Cruise geblieben. Ich würde dies unbedingt empfehlen. Es bringt einfach Ruhe rein, man ist nicht so gehetzt und kann auch einfach einmal auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Sonne, das Meer sowie den Blick genießen. Die Orga bei M'Gloria-Cruice war einfach überragend. Man bekommt sein Programm, alles wird noch einmal angesagt, es geht schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Auch die Englischkenntnisse waren für Vietnam überragend. Wenn man die anderen Seelenverkäufer links und rechts so gesehen hat, dann kann man den Aufenthalt auf einem Schiff von M'Gloria-Cruise nur jedem Besucher der Halongbucht wärmstens ans Herz legen.

La amabilidad y el trato del personal. Las habitaciones

El horario de las comidas, cada día era diferente incluso algún día el almuerzo fue demasiado temprano ( 10.15 am)
