We arrived late afternoon after last minute booking, the staff told us no room available, she called her owner and the owner said ask the guest leave and cancel the booking.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded the room after we noticed that water only dribbled from the showerhead. They went out of their way to bring my family into town when my wife was unable to hire a tuk tuk during Khmer Newyear.

The room want taken care of during our stay - the beds weren't made and the towels were not replaced. The doors need better security. The deadbolt in our door would not move with the door closed.

The bed was comfortable and there was free drinking water.

The pool doesn’t look swimmable, the bathroom smelt when we got into the room and we weren’t offered any new towels or toiletries. Overall the hotel was overpriced.
