Great facilities at the hotel. Pool , steam room., sauna . All are fantastic. Great value for money. The room was large and comfortable. Transfer to the airport was good. The noise from the airport with the planes and traffic on the road can be heard if you are a light sleeper as I am . If you are a heavy sleeper, this place is good for you.

Breakfast was fine, enough choices. The restaurant was open for dinners. The room was quite big, comfortable, clean. The staffs are very responsive. The reception staffs are super nice. The hotel is not far from the airport - so you may find it convinient. All my requests were very quickly responded and with quality.

Very few TV channels. The wifi was quite weak.

Our stay at the Shamsan was the conclusion of a longer trip to celebrate my wife turning 60. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will be forever grateful. The hotel is quite new, and the service is 1st rate. I loved the room, which had been upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding was as you would expect for a hotel. I loved the health and wellness centre. We came to have a few days relaxing and left very relaxed and happy

Nothing really, I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would comment on was the temperature of the pool. Which was cold. I understand this is a personal preference. Also, the sauna needed to be turned on, which meant it took far too long to heat up. These are small issues and easily overcome, for example, if I had booked a time to go to the health and wellness centre, for example.

The best accomodation compared to its price. Had a spacious and cozy room, the room was extra large. The staff spoke English and was very friendly and hospitable. The hotel offered comlementary shuttle to the airport.

nothing lacking, if you consider a night in Tashkent especially when you are having a night for a layover, highly recommend this place
