"Best for anyone who has no mobility issues."

The location is good, its a busy area with shops, restaurants and cafes. Its the best location a new visitor to Addis can stay at. And the restaurant is located at the 10th floor which is the roof top and has big view to see the city.

The hotel is located in a business building (doesn't look like hotel from outside) you have to go through the shops in ground floor and take the elevator to the 3rd floor for the hotel desk, then take another different elevator that works only for the hotel residents. The beds mattresses were too soft and mushy for my comfort, and my elderly father complained a lot too.

"Good location"

The room was comfortable. There was free airport shuttle bus service, the hotel was close to the airport. The room was tidy and clean.

The night staff’s English was not good but they tried their best to help me.

"The staff were friendly and very kind but the faculties need improvement. The property photos are misleading"

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. The team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The toilet had a hard time flushing, the shower was broken. The hotel was difficult to get in and out of. Electricity shut off for a few hours during our stay.
