"The staff was very nice, but other than that, it was unpleasant"

The staff was very courteous and helpful.

When we arrived, the hotel room seem to be dirty, there was a year and on the seat and hair in the sheets. Also, the ground and the outside do not seem to be well maintained. Are iron in the room did not work nor did our remote control for the TV. We were also awoken by a false fire alarm early in the morning. The room also had a very small window, which was disappointing. We would not want to return for those reasons.
