Clean, modern, and spacious rooms. Fairly quiet. Kind staff but they’re not always the most responsive to special requests. I like that this hotel is close to home and that it is easy for me to reach if I need a last minute stay.

When I was staying in the queen room, the AC worked well and cooled the room to a comfortable temperature for me quite quickly. However, when I switched to the king room (1111), the AC was faulty and it took a long time for it to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. I called the front desk twice in the middle of the night for help and they said they would send a technician but no one ever came. Eventually the AC started to cool the room a bit better but it never reached a temperature that I require, as I need a cold room to sleep comfortably. I was very overheated the first night of my stay in the king room. I asked for extra blankets in my booking and they were not provided upon my arrival. I had to call to ask for more blankets and housekeeping only brought one small thin sheet. My towels were not replaced during my stay which meant I had to use damp towels throughout. The food in the food court is awful except for the Starbucks.

The room is very clean, modern, and spacious. I appreciate being able to connect to YouTube through the TV and I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the bathroom. I liked that the mini fridge kept my drinks cold.

In my booking, I asked for extra blankets and they were not provided upon my arrival. Eventually the AC started to cool the room but it took awhile for the room to reach a comfortable temperature for me (I need a cold room) and my first night of sleeping there, I was overheated. The room was not as cold as previous rooms I have stayed in at this same hotel. I would have preferred an electric kettle in my room rather than an espresso maker so that I could make tea and instant noodles (I don’t drink coffee).
