Serviço de quarto muito bom, café da manhã também muito bom,,acomodações dentro do esperado pelo preço cobrado.

Aos 50 minutos de horário do shekalt, o apartamento já recusava o cartão de acesso ao quarto, impedindo a entrada. Constrangedor e desrespeitoso. Disse a moça da recepção que era por estar aproximando o horário da saída!

Gostei da recepção, do lugar, da localização, da limpeza, da gastronomia, nota 1000 em tudo. Voltarei mais vezes!!! Estão de parabéns. Precisei de um berço para o meu filho as 23:00 da noite, a recepção fez questão de arrumar, e foram extremamente educados, sem palavras! Hoje está difícil encontrar pessoas assim!

Café da manhã.

Iluminação do quarto é péssima. Tamanho da pia do banheiro é ridícula. Não fornecer toalhas de rosto é ridículo, acústica dos quartos é precária, parece que as paredes são feitas de compensado. Muito ruim o acabamento e decoração dos quartos. Me arrependi de ficar nesse hotel. Apenas a localização e o café da manhã são os pontos positivos.
