Feel Porto Antique Poveiros Flats

The location is incredible, literallly right in the centre of so many restaurants, shops, a lovely park and church next door. We walked everywhere we went. Hosts are lovely and the view of the hustle and bustle was nice.

We booked for 6 guests and it wasn’t made clear that we would be split up and 2 guests had to to stay in an upstairs studio (we were on a reunion and wouldn’t have booked if we knew we would not be together). On the first day we had no water and the toilet wouldn’t flush after one guest took a number 2. We called to report this and were told this happened when the city turns the water off and we just had to wait (a few hours). It was a very unpleasant morning for a group trying to get ready to go out for the day. We felt the larger apartment could have been cleaner. It is budget accommodation, so it was fine for our two night stay.

We were a group of 7 friends and we just loved our Poveiros flats! Located in the center of a busy local area, very short walk to all the main attractions. Apartments are very well equipped, very comfy beds, the view from huge windows was authentic and beautiful! Very recommended!

There is a park just in front, and at 6:00 in the morning, the maintenance guys decided to clean the leaves in the park with a blowing machines.. I could not sleep for the whole hour of their work..

The location is great! The rooms are very cosy and a very comfortable restroom. The stuff are also very helpful, they helped a lot when we had some questions about the city, and arrival to the place

Location was good. When asked for extra towels, we had them during the day.

There were ants in the apartment from day one, on day 2-4 a cockroach in the apartment, thereafter another cockroach outside the flat. Not really nice to come back from a day out. 🤨

The hosts were excellent and allowed us into our accommodation early. It is in an excellent area. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We did not get the apartment with balcony that we booked and paid for. Lighting, storage and mirrors in bathroom need to be updated.
