The stall, location and hotel were excellent. I highly recommend the place. The only recommendation I have is that it would be great if you guys can add a sign by the road. Google maps take you to el Tech de Monterrey and then to the Plaza right next to the hotel. Thank you for everything, JC

Visited Culiacan for a friend's wedding, and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff - they went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The staff called us taxis each day, and arranged for transportation to Mazatlan after our flight plans changed. The front desk staff spoke English. Humaya restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast! The other highlight of the property was the M Club lounge (for Bonvoy Platinum and above). The lounge was well stocked with delicious food and beverages, and attendants were very friendly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I like the area (location), the restaurant next door(humaya), and the valet service.

I had a horrible experience with ac it was not cold enough only fresh, door to room would not close properly, had room ac checked and ac ceiling cover fell on top of me. A/c would turn off when left room (culiacan is too hot and humid for this type of feature). Walls were getting painted on the floor we were on releasing paint odor. Ac of hallway was shut off. We were moved rooms due to AC which was not convenient and the new rooms restroom had a very bad odor of sewer. AC problem also persisted in new room.
